摘要
为提高教师培训成效,各培训机构创建了众多富有特色的培训模式,其中以角色转换为核心的“全动型”教师培训模式较具代表性。该模式改变了传统教师培训中单一角色形态和单一交流方式。其全面发动、全体行动、全员互动、全程跟动四大板块和定向、定员、定时、定式、定评的“五定”环节,促进了培训者的实践意识和能力,激发了受训者的自主精神与潜能,提高了培训机构资源利用率,加强了大中小学校之间的沟通交流。从而使教师培训更具针对性,更富情趣性,更有实效性。
