人工智能赋能特殊教育的创新实践与国际经验——基于开源大数据的案例分析 被引量:2

Innovative Practices and International Experiences of Artificial Intelligence Empowering Special Education:Case Analysis Based on Open-Source Big Data

摘要 随着人工智能的迅猛发展,特殊教育领域正加速迈入智能化转型阶段,探索人工智能在特殊教育领域的系统性应用路径已成为重要议题。本研究采用混合研究方法,结合大数据采集与质性内容分析技术,系统梳理G7国家120个人工智能赋能特殊教育的实践案例,构建了涵盖教学创新、学习支持、教育评价、教育管理、教育科研与资源设备六大场景的分析框架。研究发现,人工智能在上述维度中形成了多样化的技术融合模式与应用路径,初步展现出推动特殊教育从补偿性支持向系统性赋能演进的潜力。基于国际经验的启示,研究提出当前需从集成化、智能化与国际化三方面统筹推进,构建系统完备、精准高效、开放协同的中国特殊教育数字支持体系,为教育公平与包容发展提供现实路径,以期为我国特殊教育数字化发展提供参考。 With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and other digital technologies,the field of special education is accelerating toward an era of intelligent transformation.Exploring systematic pathways for AI applications in special education has become a critical topic of research.This study adopts a mixed-methods approach that combines large-scale data collection with qualitative content analysis to systematically examine 120 cases of AI-enabled special education practices across G7 countries.Based on this analysis,a six-scenario analytical framework is constructed,encompassing instructional innovation,learning support,educational assessment,educational management,educational research,and resource and equipment development.The findings reveal diverse patterns of technological integration and application across these dimensions,demonstrating AI’s potential to drive special education from compensatory assistance toward systemic empowerment.Drawing on international experience,this study proposes advancing the digital transformation of China’s special education through three strategic dimensions—integration,intelligence,and internationalization-to build a comprehensive,precise,and collaborative digital support system.Such a framework aims to promote educational equity and inclusive development,providing practical insights for the ongoing digital transformation of special education in China.
