关于将高中综合素质评价纳入高考体系的思考 被引量:26

On How to Bring Evaluation on High School Students’ Comprehensive Quality into College Entrance Examination System

摘要 对于普通高中综合素质评价是否应被纳入高考体系,学者意见不一。笔者对此持赞成态度,一是因为它有利于评价制度改革的深入,二是因为它有助于促进学生综合素质的发展,三是因为它有益于推进社会诚信体系的建设。将综合素质评价纳入高考,应采取如下策略:对综合素质评价进行正确定位;树立促进优势领域发展的评价观;发挥高校在综合素质评价中的作用;在高校招生中采用基于综合素质评价的差额录取办法。 Different researchers have different attitudes about whether the evaluation on high school students' comprehensive quality (EHSSCQ) is brought into college entrance examination system (CEES) : some agree, others against, still others hesitate. In this essay, it is said that the EHSSCQ must be brought into CEES. The causes are as follows: it could deepen the reform of educational evaluation system in China, promote students' comprehensive quality; decrease corruption in society. Some measures should be taken to integrate EHSSCQ into CEES. Firstly, the function of EHSSCQ must be correctly defined. Secondly, the evaluation outlook of promoting the development of advantageous realms should be set up. Thirdly, the university must take an important role in EHSSCQ. Finally, university must have more choices to get new student enrolled.
