Determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in peanut butter by solid-phase dispersive extraction coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 采用固相分散萃取技术处理样品,无水硫酸钠为分散剂,反相离子对色谱法测定花生酱中苯甲酸和山梨酸。色谱条件:C18柱,甲醇-5mmol/L四丁基溴化铵水溶液(40∶60,V/V)为流动相,检测波长230nm。在0.5~100μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均为0.9997。两组分平均回收率91.7%和77.4%,相对标准偏差2.02%和2.99%,检出限分别为0.90μg/g和1.35μg/g。 A quantitative analysis method of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in peanut butter was established by solid phase dispersive extraction coupled with high performanee liquid chromatography. The components were separated by C18 column in the wavelength at 230 nm. The mobile phase was methanol and 5 mmol/L Tetrabutyl ammoniums bromide(40 : 60, v/v). The calibration curve were linear between 0. 5 and 100 μg/mL , the correlation coefficient were 0. 9997. Recoveries were 91. 7% and 77.4%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 2, 02%and 2. 99%, the detection limit were 0. 90μg/g and 1.35 μg/g.
