摘要
通过原料的正确选择和纺纱、洗涤、织造、彩印等工艺过程的详细论述,阐述了彩印羊毛地毯开发中的主要创新点与技术关键点,该技术的创新之处是成功地将数码喷射印花技术嫁接到羊毛地毯上,并通过试制,主要研究了印花过程中的色浆渗透问题;蒸箱温度及汽蒸时间、地毯的色牢度问题及彩印羊毛地毯的其他物理性能。结果表明:彩印羊毛地毯具有和机织羊毛地毯相匹配的优良性能:如优良的色牢度、良好的地毯外观保持性,同时又因花色选择快捷灵活、生产效率高、色彩丰富、能源消耗低等极具市场发展潜力。
Through elaborating on the process of raw material well-selection,spinning,lavation,weaving and printing,the paper expatiated on the main innovation and key-point of technology in the development of wool printed carpet.The innovation of the technology was that,successfully transfer the chromojet printing technology for synthetic fiber carpet to wool-base carpet.It studied the dye slurry penetration in printing process,oven temperature and drying time,colorfastness and other physical characters of the wool printed carpet.The results indicated that,the wool printed carpet could match the performances of the wool woven carpet,for example in colorfastness and appearance etc.At the same time,because of fastness and flexibility in design and colors selection,high production efficiency,rich colors,and low energy consumption,there will be a will a great potential to develop the wool printed carpet and put it on the market.
