摘要
将碱液对涤纶的浸蚀作用与测定有效温度T_(eff)的方法相结合,探索了热定型加工中的热渗透问题。实验结果表明:在现行工艺条件下,纤维内外热定型效果不一致,沿纤维径向的温度梯度约0.8°/μm。
Combining the changes of fiber diameter caused by the attack of caustic
liquor on polyester and the measurements of effective temperature Teff, the
authors explore the problem of heat permeation in heat-settiug process. The
experimental results show that under existing technological conditions, the
effect of heat-setting is different between the inner part and outer part of the
fiber. The temperature gradient along the radial direction is about 0.8℃/μm.
