摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定安神胶囊中芒果苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定芒果苷的含量,Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(15∶85),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长258 nm,进样量10μL。结果:芒果苷在2.5～7.5 mg.L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),回收率99.58%(RSD 0.79%,n=9)。结论:方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于安神胶囊中知母有效成分芒果苷的含量测定。
Objective：To establish a quantitative method for detarminazion of mangiferin in Anshen capsule by HPLC.Method： Using a HPLC method was used with Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphate（15∶85） at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,the UV detection wavelength was 258 nm.Result： The linear range of mangiferin was in the range between 2.5 mg·L-1 and 7.5 mg·L-1（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery of mangiferin was 99.58% with RSD of 0.79%.Conclusion： This method is simple,efficient and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of mangiferin in Anshen capsule.
