摘要
以摄像机获取的交通场景视频作为研究对象,以提取场景内的车辆速度为目的,对所涉及的多目标跟踪、速度测算等关键问题进行了深入研究,并在其基础上实现了一个车辆超速视频监控系统。实验结果证明,系统可靠性高、对环境变化适应性强,具有很好的应用前景。
Some important traffic parameters as vehicle velocity by using traffic video sequences is researched, which are acquired by a camera in specific traffic scenes. In this thesis, some key techniques are focused on, such as multi-target tracking and velocity measurement. Based on these techniques, a prototype of vehicle over speed video monitor system is finished. Experiment shows that such traffic monitoring system can satisfies the demand of real environment application.
