摘要
提出交通监控系统中应用视频图像流来精确检测、提取运动目标,并对目标进行分类、跟踪。自动判别机动车辆是否遵守的交通规则,对违规车辆作全程记录。
An accurate approach of moving object dectection and extraction in the video streams for a Traffic Monitoring System is proposed. Based on object detection. It brings forward an algorithm for target chssifying and tracking. This algorithm can judge whether the motor vehicles abide by the rules and regulations automatically and keeps a record of all vehicles that viohte them. Experiment results demonstrate the approach＇s practicability.
