摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术中N012a组淋巴结清扫术的策略。方法对2009年9月-2011年3月行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者10例术中N012a组淋巴结清扫术的策略、方法进行回顾性分析。结果 10例患者全部在腹腔镜下成功完成手术,全胃切除术8例,远端胃切除术2例。均行N012a组淋巴结清扫术,术后无严重并发症发生。随访3～18个月,均无黄疸发生。结论对于有丰富腹腔镜手术经验的术者,完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术行N012a组淋巴结清扫术是安全可行的。
Objective To analyse the strategy of N012a lymph node dissection for laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 10 patients with gastric cancer receiving laparoseopie radical gastrectomy from September 2009 to March 2011 were analyzed. Results Ten cases of gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy successfully, including 8 cases radical total gastrectomies, 2 cases distal gastrectomies. Lymphonodes were dissected in all cases. All patients were followed up for 3 - 18 months,no jaundice happened. Conclusion Laparoscopie N012a lymph node dissection in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastreetomy for gastric cancer is safe and feasible for surgeons experienced in laparoscopic surgery.
