摘要
腹腔镜胃癌根治手术是目前微创胃肠外科关注的热点,与腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术等比较,胃癌腹腔镜手术需要行广泛胃周组织分离、彻底淋巴结清扫和安全有效的消化道重建,操作层次更复杂,技术难度更高,因此发展明显滞后。
Laparoscopic gastrectomy for the treatment of gastric cancer is currently the focus in the field of minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery. Compared to laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer, laparoscopic gastrectomy is more complex and technically more difficult, duing to the surgical procedure including separation of a wide range of gastric tissues, radical lymph node dissection and effective reconstruction of digestive tract. Therefore the techniques develop slowly.
