摘要
采用物理化学提纯方法制备了有机化纳米粘土基絮凝吸附材料,经过以聚乙二醇2000(PEG-2000)、十六烷基三甲基溴化氨(CTAB)、四丁基氢氧化铵(TBAOH,质量分数25%)和溴化四苯基磷(TPPB)4种表面活性剂对絮凝吸附材料进行有机化修饰,并将其应用于马铃薯淀粉加工废水的资源化处理。实验结果表明,有机化纳米粘土基絮凝吸附材料对马铃薯淀粉加工废水有良好的絮凝吸附性能,浊度去除率均在90%以上,COD吸附量在170mg/g以上。吸附处理废水后,有机化纳米粘土基絮凝吸附材料还可用于制备有机肥料,符合马铃薯淀粉加工废水和粘土矿物的资源化利用目的。
The nano clay-based flocculation adsorption materials were prepared using the purification methods of physical chemistry.The produced materials were organically modified with the four representative surfactants of polyethylene glycol(PEG-2000),hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),tetrabutylammonium hydroxide(TBAOH,25%wt) and tetraphenylphosphonium bromide(TPPB).The modified flocculation adsorption materials were applied in the resourceful treatment of potato starch wastewater.The results showed that the organized nano-clay flocculation absorbent materials had good flocculation absorption performance,the values for turbidity removal were all above 90%,and COD absorptive capacities were all above 170 mg/g.Furthermore,the absorbent materials can be used to prepare organic fertilizer,which further realizes the purpose of resource utilization for potato starch wastewater and clay minerals.
