摘要
目的:为了解农民对新型农村合作医疗制度(新农合)的满意情况,分析其影响因素,并提出合理建议,对安徽省金寨县参合农民的满意度进行调查。方法:对安徽省金寨县的部分乡村采用分层抽样抽取了354位农民,运用有序Logistic回归模型分析相关因素。结果:与农民新农合满意度相关的因素有住院报销比例满意、医院服务质量和态度、定点医院付款时间、定点医院条件,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。结论:改善医院服务质量和态度,缩短定点医院付款时间,提高住院报销比例及改善定点医院的条件均可提高农民对新农合的满意度。
Objective To explore farmers＇ satisfaction on the new rural cooperative medical system and to analyze the influencing factors so as to put forward reasonable advice.Methods By stratified sampling,we chose 354 farmers of Jinzhai County in Anhui Province as subjects,and use Logistic regression model to analyze the results.Results The related factors to farmers＇ satisfaction are hospital compensation proportion,hospital service quality and attitude,time of payment in designated hospitals,designated hospital conditions.There was a statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Improving the quality and attitude of hospital services,shortening the time of payment in designated hospitals to improve patient satisfaction and raising hospital compensation proportion and improving the conditions of designated hospitals can improve farmers＇satisfaction with new rural cooperative medical system.
