摘要
经济增加值(EVA)考核标准的引入,标志着央企业绩考核开始从全面预算管理逐步转入以EVA为标志的价值管理。结合电网企业经营管理状况,从价值体系、管理体系、激励机制、资产投资、资产管理、科技研发、服务行为等方面分析了EVA考核管理对电网企业可能带来的影响,指出了EVA考核面临的问题,并提出了具体的对策和建议。
The introduction of the Economic Value Added (EVA) assessment standards marks the transfer of the performance assessment of the central SOEs from the comprehensive budget management to the EVA-based value management. Taking into account the current conditions of operation and management in power grid companies, this paper examines the possible influences of the EVA-based assessment on the power grid companies in terms of the value system, the management system, the incentive mechanism, assets investment, assets management, research and development and service behavior.
