摘要
目的:调查泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌喹诺酮类耐药相关基因的存在情况。方法:收集2008年1月-2008年12月住院患者标本中分离的泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌共20株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法分析6种喹诺酮类耐药相关基因。结果:20株泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌均存在gyrA基因第83位TCA→TTA突变,其它5种基因均未检出。结论:本组20株泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌耐喹诺酮类药物与gyrA突变和AdeABC外排泵相关。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of resistance-related genes to quinolones in pandrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(A.baumannii).Methods: From January 2008 to December 2008,20 strains of pandrug-resistant A.baumannii isolated from inpatients were collected from a hospital in China.Then,6 kinds of resistance-related genes to quinolones were analyzed by PCR.Results: All 20 strains(100.0%) performed mutations at 83rd coden in gyrA: TCA→TTA.But other 5 kinds of genes were not detected.Conclusion: Mutations of gyrA and drug efflux pump AdeABC might play a role in resistance to quinolones in these 20 strains of pandrug-resistant A.baumannii.
