一起半固体模拟样的食源性致病菌的检测

摘要 目的:对半固体保存的模拟肛拭子样品进行食源性致病菌的检测,确定引起此次食物中毒的原因,通过实验室间的比对试验,以提高突发公共卫生事件的食源性致病菌的检测能力。方法:根据《食品卫生微生物学检验》GB/T4789.4、7、8、10、30、36-2008、《食品卫生微生物学检验》GB/T4789.5、6、11、14-2003对样品进行增菌分离,观察各平板上的菌落特征,挑取可疑菌落进行生化试验,血清凝集,染色镜检。结果:综合以上得出,本半固体培养基共检出二种菌种:弗氏柠檬酸杆菌;小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌。结论:本次食物中毒事件,患者是由于食用了被致病菌污染的食物所引起。 Objective:To detect the simulation of semi-solid rectal swab samples for foodborne pathogens,identify identify the reasons causing the food poisoning,and improve detectability of food-borne pathogens in public health emergencies through inter-laboratory comparison tests.Methods: According to "Microbiology Examination for Food Hygiene" GB/T4789.4,7,8,10,30,36-2008 and GB/T4789.5,6,11,14-2003,samples were isolated for enrichment,and the colony characteristics were observed on each plate.Suspected colonies were selected for biochemical test,serum agglutination and staining.Results: The above showed that two kinds of bacteria were found in the semi-solid culture base: Citrobacter freundii;Yersinia enterocolitis.Conclusion: In this food poisoning incident,the patients were due to consumption of contaminated food caused by bacteria.
