摘要
目的评价髋关节置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法自2005年1月至2010年5月对32例老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间不稳定性骨折患者行人工股骨头置换术或全髋关节置换术,年龄77-92岁,平均82.8岁,术后以Harris评分进行疗效评价。结果 32例患者均顺利实施手术并安全度过围手术期,根据Harris评分,优11例,良16例,可5例,优良率84.3%,全部病例髋关节功能接近或恢复到伤前水平。结论髋关节置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间不稳定性骨折可获得满意的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hip arthroplasty for the treatment of elderly osteoporotic unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Total hip arthroplasty or hemiarthroplasties was performed in 32 elderly osteoporotic unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients from January 2005 to May 2010. The average age was 82.8 years old （77-92 years old）. The efficacy was evaluated with Harris scores after the operations. Results All 32 cases were successfully operated and passed the perioperative period safely. According to Harris score, 11cases were excellent, 16 cases were good, 5 cases were fare, and the rate of excellent and good were 84. 3%. The hip function of all patients recovered to the pre-injury level. Conclusion Hip arthroplasty has a good efficacy for osteoporotic unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients.
