摘要
在对我国农地产权法律制度问题进行分析的基础上,建议通过农地产权股权化这一路径弥补农地产权制度的不足。
Based on the analysis of problems in agricultural land property rights system,this paper suggests that by making agricultural land property rights into equity ownership to make up the shortages existed in the agricultural land property rights system.
