摘要
从新农村规划的视角分析我国现状土地制度的不足,并提出创新土地制度的建议,从而促进我国土地制度的进一步完善,以利于农村地区土地的合理配置、高效使用,使今后的新农村规划和建设工作取得更大的成果。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing land system in our country in the view of new rural planning, and makes some suggestions for its innovation, in order to further perfect our land system, rationally collocate and effectively use the land in rural areas, and make new rural planning and construction yield substantial results.
