摘要
[目的]进一步开展泥鳅的种质资源保护和良种选育工作提供一定的指导。[方法]对泥鳅太湖群体(TH)、洪泽湖群体(HZ)、巢湖群体(CH)、鄱阳湖群体(PY)、洞庭湖群体(TD)、洪湖群体(HH)的自繁子代和太湖群体(♀)×洪泽湖群体(♂)繁殖的子代(HT)进行了为期124 d的生长对比试验。[结果]各群体子代的绝对增重率(g/d)依次为HT﹥TH﹥HZ﹥CH﹥TD﹥HH﹥PY;HZ、TH、HT的试验末重与CH、PY、TD、HH的试验末重均存在极显著差异(P<0.01);各群体子代的体重变异系数(%)依次为TD﹥HH﹥PY﹥HZ﹥CH﹥HT﹥TH;各群体子代的成活率依次为TH﹥HT﹥HZ﹥CH﹥TD﹥PY﹥HH。[结论]太湖群体子代以及太湖群体(♀)×洪泽湖群体()繁殖的子代(HT)的生长性能优于其他群体的子代,有较好的育种与养殖潜力。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide certain guidance for further conducting the germplasm resources protection and breeding work of the loach.[Method] The comparative experiments on the growth of the loach offspring of Taihu lake population(TH),Hongzi lake population(HZ),Caohu lake population(CH),Pangyang lake population(PY),Tongding lake population(TD),Honghu lake populations(TD) and Taihu lake population(♀)×Hongzi population(♂)(HT) were proceeded for 124 d.[Result] The absolute growth rates(g/d) of various population offspring were in order of HT﹥TH﹥HZ﹥CH﹥TD﹥HH﹥PY.There were extremely significant differences(P0.01) on the test end weight occurred between the populations of HZ,TH and HT and the populations of CH,PY,TD and HH.The variation coefficients(%) of body weight for various population offspring ranked as follows: TD﹥HH﹥PY﹥HZ﹥CH﹥HT﹥TH.The survival rates(%) of various population offspring ranked as follows: TH﹥HT﹥HZ﹥CH﹥TD﹥PY﹥HH.[Conclusion] The growth performance of HT offspring and HT offspring were superior to other population offspring and show the better breeding and cultural potential.
