摘要
用三个尼罗罗非鱼品系和同一种奥利亚罗非鱼生产了三个杂交组合,对他们的雄性率、生长率、成活率及单位面积净产量的比较试验表明:①雄性率为“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“吉富”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)(P<0.01);②绝对增重率为“吉富”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)和“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)(P<0.01),瞬时增重率为“吉富”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)和“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)(P<0.01);③成活率为吉富(♀)×奥利亚(♂)和“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)(P<0.01);④单位面积净产量为“吉它”(♀)×奥利亚(♀)>“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)>“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)(P<0.01)。总的说来,养殖性能以“吉富”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)较好,“泰国”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)次之,“88”(♀)×奥利亚(♂)较差。
Results from comparative experiment of male rate, growth rate, and yield of hybrids from different strains 'Thai', GIFT, '88' of Nile tilapia and the same one strain of Blue tilapia were: (1 ) The male rate was 'Thai'(♀× ) X Blue tilapia(♂)>GIFT((♀)× Blue tilapia (♂ )>'88'(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) (P<0.01 ). (2)The absolute growth rate was GIFT (♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) and 'Thai'(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) >'88'(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) (P<0.01 );the instantaneous growth rate was GIFT(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) and '88' (♀)× Blue tilapia(♂)>'Thai'(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) (P<0.01 ). (3). The survival rate is GIFT(♀) × Blue tilapia (♂)>'88'(♀)× Blue tilapia(♂)>'Thai'(♀)× Blue tilapia(♂) (P<0. 01).(4)The yield per area is GIFT(♀)× Blue tilapia (♂)>'Thai'(♀)× Blue tilapia(♂)>'88'(♀)× Blue tilapia(♂) (P<0. 01 ). Generally, the best culture performance is GIFT (♀)× Blue tilapia (♂), 'Thai'(♀)× Blue tilapia(♂) is next,'88' (♀)× Blue tilapia (♂) is the worse.
