摘要
目的通过对冶炼厂来笔者所在疗养院疗养、排铅人员的血铅测定,观察自拟中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗对血铅升高者的排铅疗效。方法 50例血铅升高(未达到职业性慢性铅中毒诊断标准)的冶炼厂职工在笔者所在疗养院利用中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗排铅治疗一个月。结果血铅含量明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗对排铅具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective By lead smelter personnel to convalescent hospital blood lead determination, self observation to be combined with traditional chinese medicine stasis soup diet on blood lead increased in the lead effect. Methods 50 cases of elevated blood lead （ does not meet the diagnostic criteria of occupational chronic lead poisoning） and smeher workers in writer＇s hospital, the use of traditional chinese medi- cine combined with diet huayu decoction excretion month of treatmentl Results Blood lead levels decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Huayu decoction of chinese medicine combined with good diet for lead clinical efficacy.
