对比三种制备方法对血小板活化状态的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析不同制备方法对血小板活化状态的影响。方法选择2010年12月符合无偿献血标准的献血者的血液45份,根据制备血小板方法的不同分为P组、B组、T组,三组分别采用富血小板血浆法、白膜回浆法、血细胞分离机单采法,对比三组血小板表面CD62P阳性表达率和血浆可溶性CD62P(sCD62P)的表达水平。结果 T组的CD62P阳性表达率和sCD62P表达水平明显低于B组和P组,P组的CD62P阳性表达率和sCD62P表达水平明显高于T组和B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血细胞分离机单采法制备的血小板活化状态最低,富血小板血浆法制备的血小板活化状态最高。
