摘要
目的:观察苦碟子注射液配合手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将184例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为两组各87例,治疗组采用静脉滴注苦碟子注射液配合手法治疗,对照组仅给予手法松解与整复治疗。观察患者症状体征与ODI评分情况。结果:治疗2个疗程后,临床疗效总有效率治疗组为83.9%,对照组为75.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后ODI评分两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液配合手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症中远期疗效优良,复发率低,且易于被广大患者接受,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the KDZ with manual treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis clinical efficacy.Methods： 184 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into 2 groups of 87 patients treated by intravenous infusion KDZ with manual therapy in the control group were given release and restoration treatment techniques.Signs and symptoms observed in patients with ODI score situation.Results： After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective clinical treatment group was 83.9%,75.9% of the control group,2 group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ODI score 2 groups before and after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： KDZ with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis excellent long-term efficacy,low recurrence rate,and easy to be the majority of patients,is worthy of promotion.
