摘要
德国是世界上最早实施社会医疗保障的国家,至今已经有了比较完善的医疗保障体系。目前,世界上有许多国家采用了这种模式或以此模式为主体的健康保障体系。德国的医疗保障体系以法定医疗保险为主,私人医疗保险为辅,几乎覆盖了德国所有民众。文章主要介绍了德国医疗保障的制度和特点。
Germany,the earliest country which implements the medical security,has a comprehensive national healthcare system at present.Nowadays,a lot of countries have adopted or based on this healthcare system.The health care system of Germany which composes of GKV（gesetzliche Krankenversicherung）and PKV（private Krankenversicherung）,covers almost all citizens.This paper introduces the recent situations and characteristics of German health care system.
