摘要
渤海湾地区钻井面临大港滨海区块深井复杂井施工困难、冀东南堡区块东三段玄武岩地层钻速较慢等技术问题,导致钻井过程中遇到的井下复杂情况较多,钻井速度下降。为提高钻井速度,优选出高压喷射钻井、井下动力钻具配高效钻头和海洋深井优快钻井配套技术,制定出了一系列切实可行的施工措施,并推广应用到钻井生产中。在滨海8井的试验表明,高压喷射钻井能够较大幅度地提高钻井机械钻速,如果在上部相对较软、胶结性不好的地层井段使用高压喷射钻进,提速效果就会更明显。
In Dagang block of Bohai gulf area and Nanpu block of Jidong oil field,some down hole problems are encountered.To increase ROP,technologies of high pressure jet drilling,power drilling tools and high efficiency bits are optimized.The result of experiment in well Binhai8 shows that the high pressure jet drilling technology increases ROP sharply and if it is used in the upper soft and unconsolidated formations,the effect of increasing ROP will be more remarkable.
