摘要
介绍了一种新型单体液压支柱密封质量检测系统,该系统由压力传感器、检测仪、信号转换箱、信号传输线、上位机、打印机和检测软件等组成。采用压力传感器检测被试支柱的压力,基于PIC单片机的检测仪实现了多根支柱动态巡检,运用VB编写的上位机软件用于参数设置、数据通讯及系统管理。
Introduces a new type of sealing quality inspection system for hydraulic single prop, and system consists of pressure sensor, detecting instrument, signal converters, signal transmission line, computer, printer and detection software. The prop pressure is gathered by pressure sensor, and detecting instrument designed by PIC SCM achieves multi-pillar dynamic inspection. The software developed by VB is for parameters setting, data communications and system management.
