摘要
密封质量检验是单体液压支柱维修后的重要检验工序。本文介绍了经过重要改进而完善的DK-ⅡA型单体液压支柱密封质量检测仪,它是一种计算机控制和管理的自动定时检测打印的支柱载荷巡测仪,具有较高的分辨率。
The new development of type DK-IIA in-spector for the sealing quality of individual props,such as the improvement of sensor,change and re-alizing the computer resetting of zero, is intro-duced. Such an inspector can be used to preciselydetermine the pressure sustaining performance,judge the qualification of props. Therefore it has asignificant value in the practice of ensuring thesupport quality. Besides, the problems of leakageinfluence on prop resistance,of the pressure sus-taining curve of old props, and of the equivalenceexisting among the values of limit pressure dropratio at different time are discussed.
