摘要
目的研究宫颈癌中CD24和CD44v6的表达及意义,探讨宫颈癌的发病机制及检测和治疗的新途径。方法采用免疫组化Elevision法检测正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌中CD24和CD44v6的表达情况。结果 CD24在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0.00%、45.00%和87.50%,三者差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD24与宫颈癌的病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移均不相关(P>0.05)。CD44v6在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0.00%、35.00%和76.25%,三者差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44v6与宫颈癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移相关,与临床分期不相关(P>0.05)。CD24与CD44v6在宫颈癌中无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CD24、CD44v6与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。CD44v6与宫颈癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移的相关性,提示其可能在宫颈癌的进展及转移方面起着一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the significances of CD24 and CD44v6 proteins expression in cervical carcinoma,and explore the pathogenesis,the ways of detection and treatment for cervical carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical Elevision was used to detect the expression of CD24 and CD44v6 proteins in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma.Results The positive rates of CD24 expression were 0.00% in normal cervix,and with 45.00% of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,87.50% of cervical carcinoma respectively,which showed statistically different significances（P0.05）.The positive rate of CD24 in cervical carcinoma was no correlation with the pathologic grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.The positive rates of CD44v6 expression were 0.00%,35.00% and 76.25% in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma respectively,and with significant differences among three groups（P0.05）.The positive rate of CD44v6 in cervical carcinoma was correlation with the pathologic grade and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,except clinical stage（P0.05）.There was no association between the expression of CD24 and CD44v6 in cervical carcinoma.Conclutions CD24 and CD44v6 proteins are closely related to the occurrence and development of the cervical carcinoma.The correlation between CD44v6 and pathologic grade and lymph node metastasis prompt it may play a role in the progress and metastasis of the cervical carcinoma.
