黑龙江省系资源大省,但市场意识不强,文化产业相对落后。近几年,随着经济的发展,群众的精神文化需求正在不断地提升,这为黑龙江省文化产业的发展提供了有利的条件。通过推动黑龙江省文化产业发展,促进和谐产业体系的建设。黑龙江省应加快转变文化产业发展方式,完善产业体制机制,提高产业国际竞争力。
Heilongjiang is rich in resource, but the awareness of the market is not strong, the cultural industry is relatively backward. In recent years, with economic development, peoples＇ needs that spiritual and cultural are constantly upgrading, it provides favorable conditions for the development of cultural industries in Heilongjiang Province.
