摘要
通过对黑龙江省产业结构的考察分析,认为黑龙江省过去走的是一条高投入、高消耗、低产出的粗放型的经济发展道路,其产业结构中存在的许多矛盾已严重制约黑龙江省经济的发展。由此提出了一系列加速黑龙江省产业结构调整的具体措施,以期为实现全省经济快速、健康、可持续发展提供决策参考。
The paper analyzes the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province and considers that Heilongjiang Province is taking a high input,high consumption and low output of the extensive mode of economic development in the past.Many contradictions exist in the industry structure of Heilongjiang Province,which has been severely constrained economic development.Thus a series of specific measures were proposed which can accelerate industrial structure adjustment in Heilongjiang Province,and make it healthy,sustainable.
