摘要
介绍清华大学软件学院建院十年来的管理思路、做法与经验,以期对综合性大学二级院系管理提供一定借鉴。
This paper reports the ten years administrative experiences of School of Software,Tsinghua University.Our leadership strategy,methods and lessons learnt are introduced to provide an applicable reference for departmental and institutional administrators in poly-technical universities.
