摘要
教育创新与文化建设是21世纪高等教育面临的重大课题。教育创新必须在思想政治工作、体制与 学科建设、发展理念等方面有所突破。而推进教育创新,必须重塑以时代精神、人文精神、科学精神、理念精神为 主要内涵的大学文化,提升高等学校的核心竞争力。
Educational innovation and cultural construction is the important subject of higher education in 21ry. Our higher education must realize breakthrough in such aspects as ideological and political work, system, subject construction and idea of development. We should rebuild the culture of colleges and universities, which takes time, humane, scientific and idea spirits as its main contents, and heighten the colleges and universities' ability of competition for educational innovation.
