多棘海星乙醇提取物对小鼠血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的影响 被引量:1

Effect of the ethanol extracts of starfish Asterias amurensis on the levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice

摘要 目的:研究多棘海星乙醇提取物对小鼠血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:将多棘海星粉碎后,用无水乙醇提取,通过硅胶柱层析进行组分分离。将各组分分别腹腔注射小鼠后,用ELISA法检测小鼠血清中IL-4与IFN-γ的水平。结果:多棘海星乙醇提取物通过硅胶柱层析分离后,获取8个组分。多棘海星乙醇提取物的组分III和VIII能刺激小鼠产生较高水平的IL-4和IFN-γ。结论:所分离的多棘海星乙醇提取物组分III和VIII刺激小鼠产生高水平的IL-4和IFN-γ,具有自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞激活剂的作用特征。提示多棘海星中可能含有能活化NKT细胞的活性物质。 AIM: To investigate the effect of the ethanol extracts of the starfish Astedas amurensis on the levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice. METHODS: The whole bodies of the starfish were chopped and extracted with ethanol. The ethanol extracts were chromatographed on silica gel column. The separating fractions of the ethanol extracts were intraperitoneally injected into mice, respectively. The levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice were detected by ELISA. RESULTS: The ethanol extracts from the starfish were separated through silica gel column chromatography to obtain 8 fractions (Ⅰ-Ⅷ). The high levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were produced in serum of the mice injected with fractions Ⅲ and Ⅷ of the ethanol extracts from the starfish Asterias amurensis. CONCLUSION. The fractions Ⅲand Villi separated from the ethanol extracts of the starfish Asterias amurensis can stimulate the mice to produce high lelves of IL-4 and IFN-γ, which has the characteristic of natural kill T (NKT) cells activator. It is suggests that there is the active substance that can activate NKT cells in the starfish Asterias amurensis.
