摘要
分析了重庆宅基地流转中存在的许多问题,结合重庆现行的公租房制度,设计出可供参考的价格形成机制,并且提出相关的政策建议。
Many problems in homestead circulation of Chongqing were analyzed,combined with the existing public rental hocusing system in Chongqing and the price formation mechanism for reference were designed,finally,some relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
