摘要
目的:评价APACHEⅡ评分量表对CCU患者近期预后的判断作用。方法:对CCU的128例患者评分,分析APACHEⅡ分值及其单项参数对患者近期死亡的判断作用。结果:128例患者中,15例死亡,113例好转出院。存活组的APACHEⅡ分值为(10.91±6.63)分,明显低于死亡组的(22.75±9.91)分(P<0.01)。通过对APACHEⅡ量表急性生理学评分组成成分的分析,提示GCS评分、体温、心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、动脉血pH值等六项指标与CCU患者近期预后显著相关。结论:APACHEⅡ评分量表能用于CCU患者预后的判断。
Objective：To evaluate the judging function of APACHE Ⅱ marking scales to CCU patients＇ recent prognosis.Methods：Marking 128 patients of CCU and analysis the judging function of APACHE Ⅱ values and monomial parameters to recent death.Results：Of the 128 examples,15 patients died and 113 patients get better and leave the hospital.The APACHE Ⅱ value of surviving group was（10.91±6.63）,which was obviously lower than death group＇ s（22.75±9.91）.The analysis of APACHE Ⅱ components prompts that six indexes GCS marking,temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate,average arterial pressure and arterial blood PH value.was closely related to recent prognosis of CCU patients.Conclusion：APACHE Ⅱ marking scales can be used for prognostic judgement of CCU patients.
