江苏电网消纳大规模风电的电源规划设计 被引量:21

摘要 风电出力的间歇性向传统的以确定性为主线的电源规划问题提出了挑战。文中应用概率方法和工具研究了江苏省应对千万千瓦级风电基地消纳的电源规划问题,分析了合理电力备用率和最优电源结构,讨论了电源结构优化中风电调峰容量需求的合理参数设定。针对江苏电网的调峰容量供需矛盾,通过多方案对比得到风电、核电和抽水蓄能容量配比灵敏度。最后,根据过江断面容量规划分析了江苏省电源的合理布局。 The intermittent nature of wind power challenges the generation expansion planning based on deterministic methodology.By utilizing probabilistic methodology and software,this paper discusses the issue of generation expansion planning with large-scale wind power integration into Jiangsu power grid.System adequacy analysis and optimal generation mix are studied together with the discussion of proper parameters of peak-valley regulation capacity demand for wind power in the optimization.Considering the intense constrains between the source and demand of peak-valley regulation capacity,sensitivity analysis of the capacity between wind power,unclear and pumped storage are carried out.The statistics of power flows across Yangtze River are also calculated to analyze the proper generation location in Jiangsu.
