摘要
在金刚石极薄切削中,切削尺寸很小,这时刀具的刃口质量对已加工表面完整性的影响不容忽视。本文从切削力、表面粗糙度、表面残余应力几个方面,研究了金刚石刀具刃口修锐度对切削表面质量的影响。理论分析与实验结果表明,提高金刚石刀具刃口锋利度是获得高质量切削表面的关键。
AS the depth of cut in diamond super-fine cutting process is very small, the effect of cutting edge quality on machined surface integrity should not be neglected. In this paper, the influence of diamond tool sharpness on machined surface quality was studied from the viewpoints of the cutting force, surface roughness and residual stress. Analytical and experimental results show that improving diamond tool sharpness is the key to raise the machined surface quality.
