摘要
针对气敏阵列的非线性与交叉敏特点,提出了基于曲面分块平面化的二维混合气检测方法。把气敏阵列提取的二维交叉敏感信号抽象为空间曲面,然后曲面切割成小块,每小块可近似为平面。对各平面建立线性模型,用参数辨识方法估计模型参数,进而用解析方法分析气体浓度。可行性强,测试准确。
An analytic method of gas mixture by local linearization of curved surface is presented in the paper,according to the non-linesization and the cross sensitivities of gas sensor array.The two-dimensional cross-sensitive signals of this sensor arrsy are projectd into a curved surface,which dividcd into several planes.This makes it possible to shift the data set in lines model.This linear model lflocal curved surface is established by system identification,which,therefore,can determine the concentration of each gas analytically and precisely.
