摘要
体育选项课是高校体育课教学改革的发展方向,文章分析了目前高校选项课的教学现状,并针对性地提出了一些改进对策。
Optional PE lessons have become the main trend in the PE reform in colleges so that the paper analyses the current situation of optional lessons and puts forward some countermeasures.
