不同脉宽Nd:YAG激光消斑效应的研究

摘要 本文应用波长1.06μm 的三种不同脉宽的 Nd:YAG 激光,照射总能量300J,分别经空气、血液、生理盐水三种不同介质照射新鲜人尸主动脉粥样斑块片段,结果显示:激光经血液的作用最强烈,空气次之,经盐水几无反应;对斑块的汽化作用以短脉冲组最彻底,对周围组织损伤程度以连续式激光最为严重,短脉冲组最轻。因而认为短脉冲最为适合于选做血管成形术。 Atherosclerotic plaques of fresh human cadaver in air,blood and saline solutionwere radiated by Nd-YAG laser(1.06μm)with three different pulse duration,at a constant en-ergy level of 300 J respectively.Result revealed that(1)The response of laser is most rapidand severe in the blood and then in the air,there is no response in saline solution within a fewminutes.(2)Short pulse YAG laser vaporizes the atherosclerotic plaque most completely and cau-ses least damage to the adjacent normal vascular tissue,while(3)continuous YAG laser damagethe normal vascular tissue most severely.So,the short pulse YAG laser was considered as theoptional choice for clinical application.
