摘要
某远洋航天测量船2#蒸发式制淡装置产水量仅8~10 t/24 h,低于设计标准的15 t/24h,基于此情况进行了现场测试和数据分析,确定因给水率偏高导致产水量降低。文章介绍的分析方法能够为判别管路、热交换器等其中介质的通断、流量情况提供参考。
The No. 2 freshwater generator in a TT&C ship ( space tracking, telemetering and command ship) generated far less freshwater than the designing capacity, 15 t per 24 h. Based on the monitoring and analyzing, too much feed seawater caused the fallen of freshwater capacity. This analysis proves practical for diagnosing condition of flowing in pipes and heat-changers, etc.
