摘要
针对目前船舶上广泛使用的真空蒸馏式海水淡化装置,建立海水淡化装置的数学模型,并以4 t/d真空式海水淡化装置为例,通过对不同的加热水温度、加热水流量及不同的蒸发压力进行模拟计算,得出真空蒸馏海水淡化装置性能变化规律,从而为该装置的使用管理提供依据。
The vacuum distilling desalination plant used on-board was analyzed, and the mathematical models were built. Based on 4 t/d vacuum desalination, the simulating calculation of desalination at different temperature, different flux of heating water, and different evaporation pressure were carried out. Thus the variable performance rule of the plant was deduced, the research work is helpful to guide the practical operation of this vacuum distilling desalination.
