摘要
改革开放三十多年来,中国法学教育在法律人才培养方面取得了巨大成就,但同时也遭遇了很多困惑。在法学教育的目标如何定位、遵循法学教育规律还是顺应国家司法考试要求等方面难以抉择,在克服法学教育重要缺陷方面少有作为。如何推进法学教育的分层化和多元化,如何调和法学教育与国家司法考试之间的矛盾,如何弥补法律伦理教育的不足,是完善和发展中国法学教育亟待解决的重大课题。
It has been more than three decades since its reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in training legal talents. At the same time, China is confronted with great confusions in legal education. Particularly, China has not clearly defined the target of legal education nor made its choice to follow the general law of legal education or to be guided by National Judicial Examination. In addition, no adequate actions have been taken to overcome the major shortcomings in legal education. To improve legal education it is urgent to address the following major issues： first, how to push forward the stratification and diversification of the legal education; second, how to reconcile legal education and the Nalional Judicial Examination; third, how to make up for the deficiencies in legal ethic education.
