摘要
培养既懂理论、更擅实务的实践型法律人才是我国大多数院校法学教育的努力方向。为此,我院通过培养具有丰富法律实务经验的"双师型"教师,出版法学核心课程系列特色教材与法学实践课程系列特色教材,开设庭审实务等实践性课程,在法学核心课程讲授中坚持以法条为中心、以案例为素材、以品牌教材为辅助的原则,建设校外实践基地,并辅以有效的教学质量监控体系,最终形成了富有特色的实践型法律人才的培养机制。
It is an important trend of our legal education in law schools and universities in China to bring up practice persons with legal ability both in theory and practice. Therefore, our law school take the following steps to foster the practice persons with legal ability： to train the instructors who do well in both legal theory and legal practice, to engage part - time job professors, to set up real practice courses of law in the simulate courtroom, to persist in teaching the practice course based on the bars, the cases and the assistant brand textbooks, to build the practice bases outside the university, to build an effective supervisory system of teaching quality. Finally, a distinctive system is found up in BTBU which can cultivate practice persons with legal ability.
