摘要
该研究的调查对象是全国13个省市40所特殊教育学校,采用自编问卷与访谈相结合的方式,对特殊教育学校脑瘫学生的教育康复情况进行调查研究。调查发现,大部分学校对脑瘫学生的评估认识不足,评估流程不规范,评估结果的应用缺乏科学性;仅有部分学校为脑瘫学生制定了IEP,且IEP制定的依据不当,内容、角色不合理;各方支持作用未能发挥,学生需求未充分满足;家校合作不充分,脑瘫学生教育康复支持系统与教育康复模式欠缺。
This study aims to research into the education and rehabilitation of special education school stu- dents with cerebral palsy, by means of questionnaires and interviews to conduct a survey of 40 special education schools in 13 provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in Chi- na. The survey shows the foUos4ng: The majority of schools have an insufficient understanding of the appraisal of these students, the appraisal process is not standardized, and the application of the results of the appraisal is not scientific. Only part of the schools have developed the Individualized Education Program (IEP), which, fonunlated on an inappropriate basis, contains unreasonable content and roles. The sides concerned give no sufficient support to cater to the needs of the students; the families and the schools give no complete cooperation, and there is neither education and rehabilitation supporting system for the students with cerebral palsy, nor a model of their education and rehabilitation.
