城市交通碳排放影响因素实证研究——来自京津沪渝面板数据的证据 被引量:40

Influence Factors of Urban Traffic Carbon Emission:an Empirical Study with Panel Data of Big Four City of China

摘要 控制城市交通碳排放是我国建设低碳城市的关键,而识别城市交通碳排放的影响因素是采取有效措施的首要前提。现有相关研究主要集中于碳排放的计算和碳排放控制策略的定性分析,缺少城市交通碳排放影响因素的定量研究。在传统的GDP、人口规模、车辆拥有量指标的基础上,引入客运周转量、货运周转量、公交车比重等指标,以京、津、沪、渝的面板数据对城市交通碳排放影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,城市人口规模和车辆拥有量通过影响客运、货运周转量,对城市交通碳排放产生重要影响;城市客运、货运周转量对城市交通碳排放具有显著正向影响,公交车比重对城市交通碳排放具有显著负向影响。 The reduction of urban traffic carbon emissions is crucial to the development of low-carbon city.The premise of taking effective measures is to identify the influencing factors of urban traffic carbon emissions.The previous research mainly focused on the calculation of carbon emissions and the qualitative analysis on the emission control strategy,but less on the quantitative analysis on influencing factors of urban traffic carbon emissions.On the basis of some traditional indicators such as GDP,population size and number of vehicle,this paper introduced indicators like passenger turnover,freight turnover and bus proportion to make the empirical study on urban traffic carbon emissions influencing factors by using the panel data of Peking,Tianjin,Shanghai and Chongqing of China.The results showed the urban population size and number of vehicle impacted the traffic carbon emissions mainly via turnover of both passenger and freight.It also showed that the passenger turnover and freight turnover had significantly positive influence on urban traffic carbon emissions,while the proportion of buses had significantly negative influence.
