糖尿病心血管事件危险因素的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病心血管并发症的危险因素。方法对我院2 260例糖尿病住院病人随访跟踪2年~7年,其中262例患者因心血管疾病再住院,此262例患者与未发生心血管事件的1 998例患者进行危险因素比较。结果两组比较发现,糖尿病患者年龄、病史、尿蛋白、血尿酸与心血管并发症正相关,C反应蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白未显示出统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者蛋白尿水平愈高,心血管并发症几率愈大,蛋白尿是糖尿病心血管事件的预测危险因素。
