摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆对经尿道等离子前列腺切除术（TUPK）后急迫性尿失禁的影响。方法78例良性前列腺增生症患者均行TUPK术，随机分为两组，实验组40例术后予耳穴压豆联合肛提肌训练，对照组38例仅在术后给予肛提肌训练。观察术后尿失禁发生率及尿失禁持续时间。结果实验组患者术后尿失禁发生率（15％）明显低于对照组（42％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=7．07，P〈0．05），实验组发生尿失禁持续平均（2．0±0．5）d，明显少于对照组平均（4．1±1．5）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=2．84，P〈0．01）。结论TUPK患者术后行耳穴压豆联合肛提肌训练可有效预防术后急迫性尿失禁的发生及缩短尿失禁持续时间，减轻患者心理负担，减少术后并发症。
Objective To investigate of the effects of ear aeupoint with beans on acute urinary incontinence after transurethral plasma kinetic resection of the prostate （TUPK）. Methods 78 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing TUPK were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 40 ） and control group （ n = 38 ）. The experimental group was managed with ear acupoint with beans combined with levator ani muscle training, while the control group was only instructed with levator ani training. The occurrence rate of urinary incontinence and incontinence duration in both groups were observed and compared. Results The occurrence rate of urinary incontinence in the experimental group （ 15% ） was obviously lower than that in the control group （42%） （ X2 = 7.07, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Incontinence duration in the experimental group （2.0 ± 0.5 ） days was obviously less than （4.1±1.5） days in the control group （ X2 = 2.84, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Ear aeupoint with beans combined with levator ani training after TUPK could effectively prevent postoperative acute urinary incontinence, shorten the duration, alleviate patients＇ psychological burden, and reduce postoperative complications.
