摘要
目的：探讨对门诊、急诊静脉输液患者进行综合护理管理干预的效果。方法：将140例（820例次）门急诊静脉输液病人随机分为两组，观察组70例（414例次）和对照组70例（406例次），对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上进行综合护理管理干预，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者首次穿刺成功率、输液中发生皮下肿胀以及拔针后出血的情况明显少对照组（P〈0．05），患者满意度高（P〈0．05）。结论：对输液患者进行综合护理管理干预能对患者的治疗起到积极作用，是一种安全、有效的护理方法，值得临床进一步探索推广。
Objective：To investigate the effect of integrated care management intervention for intravenous of outpatient and emergency patients. Methods ：140 cases （820 cases） intravenous infusion of outpatient and emergency patients were randomly divided into two groups, 70 patients （406 cases） as control group and treated with routine care, other 70 patients （414 cases） as observe group were treated with integrated care management intervention based on routine care. Care effects were observed. Results： The success irate of first time venipuncture, the subcutaneous swelling in infusion and less bleeding after needle pulled out in the observe group were apparently less than control group （P〈0.05）, while patient satisfaction was much higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrated care management interventions could play an active role for patients, was a safe and effective methods worthy for further exploration.
